Company Strategy and Objectives
We aim to establish, build, operate 14 nurseries and kindergarten school centers within three years with the following goals:
1. Average 200 children per school.
2. Teaching bilingual (Arabic/English).
3. Using internationally recognized pedagogy (Montessori and High-scope).
4. All the schools should be operated within 3 years.
5. Operate the schools in the main cities in the kingdom.
The company is newly established, so CEO should be able to meet the challenges above mentioned and build the team members and preferably have the prior experience to manage newly established companies and have the knowledge to build the relations with the developers, Teachers, the market, Governmental entities and the executive team.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Saudi national for a Chief Executive Officer / CEO position to be based in Riyadh for newly established educational company specialized in kindergarten schools
In this role, you will be reporting to the Board of Directors. You will be overlooking all functions of the company including operations, as well as admin functions.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in an executive position.
• Experience as a General Manager, deputy General Manager, Finance Manager, operation manager or educational manager for a school or group of Schools Company preferably with new established company.
• Run the schools company as a business entity and take it forward as planned.
• Provides general oversight of all company activities, manages the day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning.
• Establishing and developing Internal & External policies, strategies, and financial management including all revenues, expenses, and investments.
• Supervise and establish annual budget of the company to enhance the overall company annual budget and to ensure that expenditures of the company are within the authorized annual budget
• Lead and oversee the implementation of the company long and short term plans in accordance with its strategy
• Exploring business opportunities.
• Ensure effective internal controls, management information systems and audits are in place.
• Communicate effectively with the Board of directors, employees, principals, teachers and Government authorities.
• Assures a work environment that recruits, retains and supports quality staff.
• Build a team and recommends staffing to the Board of Directors. In accordance with Board action, recruits personnel, negotiates professional contracts, and sees that appropriate salary structures are developed and maintained.
• Specifies accountabilities for management personnel and evaluates performance regularly
• Works with Board to ensure financing to support short- and long-term goals.
• Build creative partnerships with numerous external stakeholders to bring resources to schools.
