• Coordinate compliance with Corporate Governance (CG) Guidelines issued by Capital Market Authority (CMA).
• Maintain Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations enforcement and other regulatory bodies with the objective to enhance Company image and protect shareholders rights.
• Follow-up & correspond with government authorities and coordinate withinternal executives to ensure compliance with CMA and MOCI regulations.
• Saudi Exchange Market "Tadawul": - Drafting of Company disclosures announcements (Arabic & English) and ensure their compliance with CMA rules
before publishing.
• Handling Corporate Governance, and maintaining strong relationship with CMA and other regulatory bodies.
• Regularly conducts and oversees compliance audits and risk assessments and refines the compliance program to address significant risks.
• Develops, implements and manages the compliance work plan.
• Handling all the legal documents like reports, statements, court dockets and other important documents.
• Ensures all legal and other contractual documents are effectively drafted, reviewed, interpreted, and vetted.
• Represents the company in ensuring the efficient handling and winning resolution of all negotiations and disputes.
