The Role:
Manage customer related contents published via various channels and work on improving content management systems and tools in order to inform, engage and grow our customers.
The Responsibilities:
Content Management:
*
Supervise the creation, editing and tuning of the content messages, selection of imagery, design & style of delivery including translation and localization.
*
Release the final content for publishing.
*
Develop a review, approval and audit process to ensure that all Zain's digital channels content remains relevant and up to date.
*
Work with applicable stakeholder to determine best approach to leverage content across all channels; website, social media, email marketing, mobile, etc.
*
Utilize various processes and technologies that supports the collection, managing, and publishing of information in any form or medium.
*
Coordinate with Corporate Communication Department to support key initiatives related to communication.
*
Manage the digital marketing content calendar to ensure appropriate distribution and steady backlog of online content.
*
Administer web analytics and reporting; monitoring, reviewing, and reporting website visitor access patterns and trends.
*
Recommend and implement content and site improvements and efficiencies in coordination with IT and other departments.
