Review budget submitted by Senior Accountant and recommend changes
Develop project budget monitoring templates in conjunction with the project teams, to identify evolution against project plan
Coordinate with project teams to track actual and planned cash-flows and assess budget against project progress
Prepare regular reports to assess Miras projects adherence to budget
Create discounted cash flow analyses using Excel
Develop financial models from discussions with brokers, clients, property managers, construction experts and research resources.
Conduct cost-effective analysis, perform due diligence on subject properties and develop analytic strategies for lease/purchase decisions.
Coordinate with debt/equity team members to underwrite based on debt placement scenarios.
Optimize client’s real estate strategy by providing customized analysis to better illustrate different real estate scenarios.
Analyze value sensitivities to financing terms, growth rates, leasing and expense inputs to DCF models.
Participate in pitch presentations with prospects and client meetings and lead discussions on financial modeling.
Keep current with market trends and industry knowledge.
Perform any other duties as determined by the Finance and Accounting Manager.
