Job Objectives
Leading the team of Real Estate Investment Department. Preparation of appropriate policies and strategies for the management of real estate funds, and development of the financial structure and investment objectives, taking into account the necessary technical aspects in the design and management of the real estate fund's portfolio. The implementation of investment operations (purchase/sale) and monitor financial and operational performance of the Fund.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Participate in the development of Fund's regulations and operations, terms and conditions, and assure conformity with company investment policies and strategies.
• Participate in the related real estate funds advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Preparing and filing of perspective real estate investment funds required by Capital Market Authority.
• Prepare of financial models and feasibility studies for investment proposed opportunities.
• Comply with the regulations and legislation adopted by Capital Market Authority, as well as the company's policies and the guidelines set by Investment Committee of the Company.
• Follow up the implementation of the directives and observations of Fund Board.
• Recommend qualified and compliant investment opportunities with the fund's strategy.
• Ensure the adherence of Fund's investment portfolio with the Fund's investment strategy, risk control limits, and provide recommendations.
• Strong contacts with banks to finance the activities of the funds.
• Coordinate with Operations Department relating to the opening of bank accounts, fund operations, control of the banking transactions and the fund's investment accounts.
• Manage all business activities related to investment fund management to achieve its objectives.
• Research and collection of data and analysis for investment opportunities and market conditions.
• Make recommendations and proposals for the management to improve the performance of the investment fund.
• Effective and professional communication with strategical fund clients.
• Preparation and management of agreements and memorandums of understanding with other parties that deal with the Fund.
• Develop contingency plans to deal with any problems or risks may encounter the fund investment operations.
• Follow up and monitor the financial and operational performance of investments, and ensure the achievement of specific objectives.
• Participate in meetings with existing investors or targeted to determine the objectives and investment strategies.
• Preparation of the fund's executive action plans.
• Provide periodic investment fund performance reports, and compare the actual performance to the objectives that have been agreed upon, and work on senior management and Board of Directors remarks relating to the deviations and, include those remarks in the executive and corrective action plans.
• Perform any other work assigned to him within the scope of his job.
