Develop and implement effective integrated Quality Management System (QMS)
• Establish all Business process flow chart related to all the functions of Maintenance Division
• Preparation of and management of the preparation of Company procedures, Quality Manual, Project quality plans and Project procedures.
• Planning and executing internal audits
• Chairing and leading the work of Quality System working group
• Acting as the Maintenance Division nominates representative with Professional bodies in the field of Quality methods, system and management
• To identify job and career opportunities for Saudi Nationals
• Selection and training of Internal Auditors
• Assessment and management of the external accredited auditing and certifying body
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards,
• Regular Reviews with and reports to Executive Management on the Performance of the quality system
• Reporting and analyzing the performance of the Quality system (All Division’s, Departments & Projects) as a basis for improving the quality system
• Control the issuing and distribution of company procedures, quality manuals and project procedures
• Perform and represent all internal and external audits on behalf of SIS
• Monitor and follow-up the progress of all corrective actions arising out of internal and external audits up to close out
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvements in the quality system
• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
• Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulating requirements
• Maintain Saudization as per Management Directives
• Cary out audits and assessments of potential and actual suppliers and subcontractors to SIS
• Identify training needs and organization training interventions to meet quality standards
• Preparation of pre-qualification and tender responses in the field of Quality assurance and Quality Control
• Support the business Development, Contract execution and Area Offices in the field of Quality with potential and actual clients
