Summary
This is a Marketing Director (CMO) position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and responsible for all of the brand and customer marketing across the region (initially KSA and UAE but expanding internationally with major business expansion objectives). This will provide an opportunity to grow with this ambitious business.

Description
This responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Developing and executing the overall marketing mix and strategy for the GCC region (and international)- Optimising the current marketing spend to maximise ROI- Implementing a social media / digital focus to the overall marketing strategy- Analysing and launching additional brands and channels in to the market where viable- Managing, recruiting and improving the regional and international marketing team- The company is predominantly B2C but there is also a significant B2B element to the marketing
Profile
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual that is on a successful career path with multiple achievements in marketing;
- High level of market knowledge in the region - Especially KSA experience is essential- Must have worked a similar role within a relevant industry/sector - Leisure, Retail (or a similar sector) - The company is predominantly B2C but there is also a significant B2B element to the marketing.- At least 12 years total experience of career progression within marketing and at least 5 years of which should be at Marketing Director level / Head of Marketing level and above - This is an exec level role.- Has proven to develop large ROI on marketing campaigns and grow the over all value of brands- Can provide examples of developing long term marketing strategies in a regional capacity- Must have excellent marketing knowledge- Proven track record in multinational/ highly reputable international businesses
