The Role:
To develop, launch and maintain business customer by providing attractive and flexible offerings to increase business segment contribution in the overall companies to reach international standards.
The Responsibilities:
Building and monitoring roadmap
* Perform the sizing business market and setting potential target.
* Develop products plans to achieve sets targets.
* Monitor product performance and all the required adjustments.
* Report business segment overall progress to top management.
* Monitor product life-cycle and take required actions accordingly.
Product development
* Acquire marketing data including competitive analysis, preferences, purchasing behavior, etc…
* Develop value proposition that satisfy market needs.
* Develop and sub-segment business marketing vertically and horizontally.
Customer life-cycle management
* Build and maintaining customer profile through sales channels and customer behavioral.
* Analyze data and highlighting potential opportunities.
* Build marketing activities to enhance customer value through all touch points.
* Monitor churn and building preventive activities.
* Monitor continually customer experience throughout the life-cycle stages.
People management
* Set clear objective and KPIs.
* Coach team member to reach out acquired capabilities and skills.
* Support the team to be engaged and to set planned project.
