Sales Planning
Plan sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and advises dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.
Assigns sales territory and sales targets to sales personnel.
Marketing Strategy
Develop for approval the marketing strategy for MAJD to attain the volume objectives in line with strategic direction and implementation of the plan.
Regular review of real estate dealer business generation with a quarterly business area review.
Marketing Operations
Implement marketing strategy for the new real estates, lands, shares and any new developed lands
Do feasibility studies and marketing research related to real estate new projects.
Conduct and supervise marketing research that assesses the current status and future view of Real Estate in tracking and analyzing sales and other market readings.
Design, gain approval for and implement marketing activities; marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotion programs.
Provide business functions with market insights and feedback on existing real estate products performance and recommend product features enhancement.
Represents Company at events and meetings to promote MAJD real estate and Almajdouie Investment.
Customer Care & Service
The job holder is responsible to collaborate in creating and maintaining customer care culture, through direct contact with customers or upon emphasizing on sales behavior.
Staffing, Training and Coaching
Coach, train and motivate all team members through on-going programs in sales, customer service and product knowledge to have the best performance from everyone.
Directs training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing program.
Budgeting and Cost Control
Analyzes and controls expenditures of department to conform to budgetary requirements.
Recommend budget, expenditures, and appropriations for the department.
Monitoring and Reporting
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales.
Follow-up with Projects department and ensure all orders coming on time and with right specification.
