On behalf of our client a leading Property Development & Real Estate company we are seeking a Support Service Director to be based in Riyadh. Reporting to the President.
You will be responsible for overseeing and directing all activities related to Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, Human Resources & Administration services’ functions to ensure that all activities and transactions are being conducted in accordance with the companies set of objectives, targets, policies and procedures.

• Develop the Support Service functions strategies, business plans and budgets
• Develop standardised policies, process, approaches and tools for the Support Services function to maintained efficient operational practices and enhance control standards within the function in line with companies strategic direction and objectives
• Direct and oversee the implementation of the strategic initiatives and objectives.
• Manage the Finance & Accounting activities including financial planning and budgeting, monthly closing of the General Ledger, Accounts Receivables and Payable, Fixed Assets, Payroll Processing, cash management and investment activities.
• Manage Information Technology including IT application and IT support activities and provide advice and guidance to the HR and administration.
• Director and monitor financial strategies and ensure funds are available to meet short term business needs.
• Coordinate with the management team to facilitate the preparation and finalisation of the companies yearly budget and monitor the company’s performance vis-à-vis the budget
• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis to the management team to support them in taking accurately and timely financial decisions
• Prepare monthly management and business reports for key Finance & Accounting, HR & Administration, and IT activities and area that require management attention.
• Coordinate with external auditors and handles their requirements in order to finalise the audit of the companies operational and financial records.
• Provide advice, guidance, direction and authorisation to division’s employees to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies.
• Conduct annual performance appraisal, work performance, recommend salary adjustments, rewards and promotions based on employee performance
