Our client a leading name among the FMCG multinationals are currently recruiting a Head of Logistics to be based in Jeddah. The successful candidate for this role will have an extensive background in warehouse management, goods transport and all related logistics field.
Your responsibilities will include contributing to the optimization of the transport network and warehouse footprint of the Saudi region, evaluation and improvement in the area of Logistics process optimization, supporting all countries to manage 3PL and to drive efficiency and warehouse control, continuously monitor the performance and activities of warehouses and logistic through the use of appropriate KPIs, establish yearly objectives by country, ensure that all logistics-related operations comply with Safety, Health and Environment standard, Understanding of technology trends and best practices in Logistics & Warehousing, leading cost saving projects related to logistic and warehousing in collaboration with purchasing department
