OPERATIONS MANAGER

Our client is a Leading Automotive Group with an
excellent reputation in Commercial Vehicles across the GCC.
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
To liaise, negotiate and communicate with Principals
on matters related to vehicle ordering, pricing, stocks etc.
Reports to MD
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the company
are effectively and efficiently coordinated and implemented and conducted
within the established framework
To manage on a daily basis any sales support required
by the sales department.
To provide feedback to CEO on any matters pertaining
to the day to day sales activities of the company
Manage and control all aspects of stock management,
ensure adherence to procedures thereby minimizing stock accumulation/ loss; prepare
and submit necessary reports on sales and costs budgets
Ensure effective Inventory management for the brands
(order management, stock consolidation, movement and transfer, optimum stock
utilization and shrinkage).
Review and effectively deal with fast/ slow lines, new
ranges and end of ranges and implement necessary action
Will be responsible for the monitoring of productivity
in the sales department and for quote approvals
Monitor and ensure the productivity and quality
Provide leadership and direction to subordinates
towards the achievement of goals and objectives
Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance
and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for
higher level roles
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
- Salary as guide is up to 45k SAR total package per month
