Purpose
To maintain a variety of day-to-day operational activities and technical Organization Development programs in order to provide support for AGC’s subsidiaries within Organization Development operational plans, and adopted policies and procedures.
Key Activities
• Provide support and coordinate with AGC’s business regarding to Organization Developments plans. And implemented Models.
• Help and support in reviewing and writing Job Descriptions, policies and procedures and Competencies…etc. . . .
• Support and review performance management system, Competencies and KPI for AGC’s business to make sure the evaluation and the outputs are following the policy and procedure.
• Provide a support in design and sending surveys (e.g. Work Environment, Effectiveness of Compensation and Benefit Programs, Organizational Communication Issues, Quality of management … etc.).
• Conduct awareness sessions for the employees about PMS or any new program.
• Any Organization Development ad-hoc activates.
• Help and support in design and implementation of new programs for High potential such as (succession planning, carrier path, capability development … etc.) and leadership development.
• Provide new ideas and methods regarding to employees development.
• Contact with Training Centers to conduct in-house or out-house trainings programs.
• Facilitate training programs to make sure it’s going in a good way.
• Support in designing training plan for the year and Training need assessment (TNA).
• Send and provide learning newsletter for all employee.
• Manage orientation and induction program for new hires employees.
