•Responsible for the public relations initiatives within Dur Hospitality. Creates, manages, and implements PR campaigns with the goal of enriching Dur's position within the public eye. Maintains strong relationships with media representatives.
•To plan and direct public relations programs designed to create and maintain a favorable public image for the employer or client.
•To create company literature and other forms of communication.
•To create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic.
•To work with advertisers for timely and useable ad submissions.
•To copyedit, proofread, and revise communications.
•To design and launch email marketing campaigns.
•To recommend, implement and maintain site design and operation.
•To work with manager and business units to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget.
•To promote products and services through public relations initiatives.
•To research media coverage and industry trends.
•To coordinate conference, trade shows, and press interviews.
•To perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
