1. Develop the recruitment strategy; including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc…
2. Process all employment - offer letters and analyze all operations and provide research for all staff effectiveness and ensure compliance to all establish practices.
3. Implement various strategies and ensure effective implementation of all compensation practices.
4. Assist various business functions and establish appropriate human capital requirements and assist in all talent acquisition process.
5. Provide subject matter expertise in all staffing policies and processes and maintain knowledge on Saudi employment opportunity regulations.
6. Maintain knowledge on all industry trends to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines and assist recruitment team to design performance standards.
7. Layout future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
8. Lead the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
9. Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
10. Provide counsel and guidance to sourcing manager and recruitment manager with hiring and employment data. Required to develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.
11. Manage and guide development of corporate employment resource.
12. Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process in corporation with the division.
13. Provide continuous improvement to all service levels and assist in effectiveness of all costs processes and supervise all vendor policies and programs for all recruitment services.
14. Evaluate all contracts for resources and ensure effective services and design various strategies to use all workforce resource and assist to manage talent acquisition process.
15. Work with recruitment manager and sourcing manager to assist with recruitment efforts.
16. Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts.
