Job Purpose:
The Technical Assistant is an independent professional dedicated to assisting the CEO in making decision on important issues. A major part of the role is to facilitate communication and coordination with stakeholder.
Core Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Support
* Provide assistant support on technical issues to the CEO on matters sent to ICIEC for guidance and to be considered in Management Committees/Boards.

Prepares response on the key issues raised by the CEO related to day-to-day matters and/or related to BOG & BOD.

Prepares any other reports as and when needed by the CEO; coordinate with other
Complexes / Departments Entities to gather necessary information.
Meetings Organization and Communication
* Contribute to various committees in the Corporation as assigned by the CEO.
* Participate in various meetings and TFs chaired by the CEO and prepare related reports, briefs, and outcome notes.
* Communicate the messages of the CEO to ICIEC staff and department responsible including Media and Public Relations.
* Maintain relationships & contacts with offices of Heads of other institutions and undertake necessary tasks to promote cooperation of ICIEC in relevant areas.
* Attend meetings with the CEO, responding to technical inquiries as appropriate; present technical knowledge and information on projects and services, providing answers and translating the technical capabilities of all services. Undertake research, investigation and clarifications after meetings and follow up as needed
* Evaluate, review and interpret technical inquiries, and be able to provide recommendations at the appropriate level both existing and potential clients, as may be directed by the CEO
* Have finger on the pulse of the industry, market and competitors, and communicate on issues relating to the industry
* Assist the CEO on a wide range of issues which include collecting, analysing and summarizing all relevant data Skills, Education, Experience
