• Effective participation and attendance at periodic meetings for management
• To participate in the formulation of the main goals and plans for Foundation
• Responsible for planning and executive programs for stores that are in the end to achieve the main objectives of the Foundation
• Responsible for monitoring the implementation of plans for the management of Stores
• Training of personnel management of their stores and transfer experience to them so that they are eligible to take his place in case of need for employment
• Responsible for issuing purchase orders for procurement management
• Participation in the preparation of the stores with the special procedures of the management representative of the quality system and quality assurance planning director
• Responsible for inventory record-keeping and follow-up to the storage and issue decisions on how storage
• Offer a desirable and therapeutic procedures and preventive which will improve the performance of managed work
• Appropriate budget proposal for warehouse management within the limits of the possibilities of the organization based on studies
• Issuance of appropriate decisions to how storage in accordance with the nature of the stocks
• A periodic inventory of the stores every three months and raising copies of each of the Managing Director, the Executive Director, and the management representative and quality system
• A weekly report to the Managing Director of a statement of what has been achieved and what has been postponed with a statement of the reason
• All of the above must be in accordance with the official procedure adopted for warehouse management
• Inventory manager is responsible for keeping all records of quality models for conducting Stores and all his works are subject to internal audit
