Job Summary
To implement comprehensive surveillance system for FIAI in KFMC.
Principle Duties
1. Endorsing to the Chairperson of Hospital Epidemiology.
2. Discussing the list of Surveillance needed to implement the administration
policy.
3. Designing the forms needed for accepted surveillance.
4. Designing the required computer programs needed.
5. Assuring proper collection of all data needed for adopted surveillance.
6. Guiding other team members for proper data collection.
7. Doing required data analysis and writing the necessary report.
8. Organizing all collected data and continuously updating the officer and the
Chairperson of Hospital Epidemiology.
9. Identifuing trends and early recognize outbreak.
l0.Sharing actively in controlling outbreak.
1l.Doing all the epidemiology study needed.
l2.Presenting to the committee all the important epidemiological data.
