My client, an International Bank is seeking a dynamic Associate. You will be directly reporting to the Operations Lead - AVP. This position will be based in Riyadh-Saudi Arabia
Job Summary
Responsible for the supervision of a transaction processing team and plays an important role in facilitating communication between functional teams to share knowledge and good practice, and to foster a focus on process and performance efficiency. Candidate will be expected to pass his CMA certification examination.
Responsibilities
• In addition to managing daily BAU activities, the individual will be expected to analyze process flows, recommend quality enhancements, and streamline effectiveness as well as contribute to daily processing needs as necessary.
• The individual will also be responsible for maintaining and updating team wide procedures and ensuring consistency amongst the groups, developing and leading the team wide training for new or updated processes, and assisting with quality and control initiatives within the team.
• Create reports/presentations and present updates to senior management.
• Develop and maintain procedural consistency and team training plan.
• Interface with internal and external partners to troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor transaction flow and work load balance to maintain peak efficiency.
• Maintain an effective network of contacts to improve the efficiency of the team.
• Respond promptly and accurately to front/middle office and client requests/inquiries.
• Ensure adherence to all service level commitments and escalation policies.
• Provide approval/verification function for transactions completed by team.
• Provide processing support to assist team with high volumes or resource shortages.
• Develop quality benchmarks for team
• Manage and motivate the team to increase efficiency
• Any other tasks as may be assigned to him by the Team lead or Head of Operations
Primary Working Relationships
• Works as a team member within custody operations
• Coordinate with offshore team members located in Pune and Jaipur sites
