Job Description:
The Banking Client Service Group plays a critical role in helping Accenture's clients achieve high performance across Financial Services clients. Resources will operate alongside Business and IT stakeholders in high profile projects and programs. Resources will need to be able to analyze, design and present options for how to achieve a client's strategic vision or take advantage of specific opportunities. They have to be self-motivated, hands on and pragmatic. Additionally they must be sales oriented and able to identify opportunities and shape solutions.
The candidates must have working experiences in banking, consulting or banking near companies like banking software companies.
Experience in one or more of the following disciplines is considered mandatory:
· Core Banking Solutions - Solution/ implementation knowledge e.g. for SAP, Oracle, iFlex, Kondor+, Murex
· Program/ Project Management - Experiences regarding management of transformation programs, IT solution implementation projects or business solution implementation projects
· Architecture Design - Knowledge regarding design of e.g. Application; Infrastructure, Interface, Integration Architecture
· IT Strategy - Definition and design of the IT strategy
· TxB processing - Clearing, Settlement, Confirmation, Asset Servicing etc. understand flows and data captured to support processing
· Credit, card, payment experience - Product knowledge e.g. Pricing, Processing, Life Cycle Management, Sales
· Banking - E.g. Cards, Loans, Finance, banking, Private Banking, Branch Management
· Islamic Banking - Specialties regarding products and processing rules and policies
· Risk management and Compliance - Cross asset risk management, analytics, client valuation / default valuations, market risk, credit risk and operational risk
