Core Purpose of Job:
To support in promoting a proactive employee relations culture by addressing employee grievances on time through a structured approach of preparing the organization for change leading to employee retention
Areas of Responsibility (AOR)
1. Initiate & coordinate various activities related to employee relations as assigned by your superior and arrange to address the grievances.
2. Coordinate with divisions for promoting recruitment of local nationals through the HRDF scheme
3. Update, maintain the records and documentation as per the HRDF statutory requirements
4. Coordinate with the educational institutions for the Coop Trainee program, Career day participation and comply to the documentation
5. Assist in enhancing the local nationals by conducting Localization forums/symposium to promote employee retention
6. Assist with the management of major change initiatives in the business from a HR perspective to ensure that change is implemented effectively and efficiently.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies & procedures.
