OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB:
I mprove the company’s competitiveness, image, and customer loyalty through improving the company’s image, customer perception, and promoting its brand for target customer. In addition to establishing a partnership relation with target customers, and maximizing customer satisfaction.
JOB SUMMARY:
D irect and oversee all the marketing activities of the company including formulating and implementing the marketing strategy. Conduct marketing research and all needed analysis and studies aiming at maximizing market share and customer satisfaction. Develop and promote the company’s image and brands.
MAIN DUTIES:
P articipate in formulating and implementing the company’s business strategy.
T ranslating business unit objectives and strategies to develop brand portfolio objectives, strategies and plans to facilitate business unit growth.
D evelops marketing strategy, based on knowledge of company policy, nature of market, cost and markup factors.
D irectly plan, Supervise, coordinate, follow-up, evaluate and develop marketing department, activities and staff.
R esponsible for conduct needed analysis and studies including marketing research, market share analysis, competition analysis, marketing study for new products, and product mix analysis.
O versee customer awareness activities, and analyze their perception and satisfaction level, and take the needed preventive actions to enhance satisfaction level and improve customer loyalty.
P romotion plan including promotion materials, advertising campaigns, and budgeting.
P lan and administer company’s Marketing Operations budget.
O versee, discuss and approve all marketing production, suppliers selection, contracting, and quality of outputs including logo, signage, marketing publications, and any other output relates to corporate identity in coordination with relevant parties.
S et the standards for external communications and systems, and participate in setting internal communications and systems for effective message delivery externally and internally.
W ork with sales on designing and implementing prospecting and client contact systems.

S et the public relation strategy to keep good corporate image.
S uggest new ideas and methods to maximize market share and customer loyalty.
P rovide the needed support and advise to all departments in all marketing issues.
