Job Brief:
Responsible for the control and development of the documented systems relating to quality, health & safety and environmental aspects, maintaining the systems and monitoring their implementation and effectiveness.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develops and maintains long term quality strategy
• Establish an on-going process to maintain quality data and quality audit processes
• Supervises compliance with Food, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental laws and regulations issued by governmental authorities and bodies
• Ensuring that quality procedures and standards are being complied to & maintained throughout the organization
• Perform spot inspections and audits of Sites, facilities and operations
• Perform HSE risk assessment & Initiate preventive actions for all observed hazards
• Managing and controlling the implementation of ISO/OHSAS standards
• Develop, review reports relating to health& Safety concerns, and addresses the same (cause /effect) to operations management team
• Design and implement health and safety signs boards and message in the correct locations.
• Develops and conducts training plans for Health& Safety.
