Jotun Saudi has two production facilities in Jeddah and Yanbu and 5 sales offices and warehouses around the kingdom and plays a very important role in Jotun’s activities globally and within the Middle East.
We are looking for candidate to fill position within Deco projects sales Dept based in Riydah, Saudi Arabia. To coordinate and assist internal and external customers regarding day-to-day sales transactions, collection entries together with secretarial duties.
Job description:
- Handle processing of routine sales orders as required, recording cash and collection, statement of accounts, sales and collection reports and distribution of sales material.
- Assist and coordinate with SE in bill collection, invoice/statement of account submission to customers, paint samples follow up and delivery.
- Liaise between Sales and Distribution Departments regarding finished goods delivery status.
- Process secretarial duties as well as maintenance of office equipments and machineries.
- Liaise with Finance Department regarding collections.
- Prepare Tender enquiry quotations to assist the SE.
- Assist the SE in preparing Project Submittals
