Job Summary
• To perform a variety of complex and independent activities involved in planning, coordinating and conducting multiple research studies within the overall scope of research projects at NNI.
Principal Duties
Supports NNI investigators with research activities including but not limited to:
1. Performing all tasks related to clinical trials.
2. Writing protocols, proposals, reports, forms, IPPs, and other documents.
3. Creating and maintaining electronic and paper research project files.
4. Assisting with web-based projects.
5. Performing internet searches and document retrieval and distribution.
6. Receiving and responding to inquiries from research team members.
7. Assisting principal investigators with IRB submission.
8. Performing a variety of complex and independent activities involved in the collection of health related information; establish work procedures; select sources of information and specific data.
9. Conferring with principal investigator(s) in developing plans for research projects and to discuss the interpretation of results; collaborating on the preparation of manuscripts for publication.
10. Reviewing journals, abstracts and scientific literature.
11. Performing other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
12. Assisting in preparing for educational outreach program and courses.
13. Performing other duties as assigned.
