Role Description
Lateral Hiring will be part of the Talent Acquisition Group, and will be responsible for end to end recruitment for various business units adhering to Talent acquisition defined processes.
Areas of responsibility include
As a Business Partner
·Working as a business partner with each of the units to get a visibility of the upcoming requirements, hiring manager.
·Effective requirement management (by constant partnering with business team) and Requirement management
·Liaison with the Leaders, Internal Sourcing team and HR to ensure right quality of panel support for good quality selects and right experience to candidate
·Ensuring timely reports are sent to the business teams on open requirements & status
·Promoting Employee Referral Scheme as a medium of hiring among all associates of TCS and also key initiatives like Employee Referral Connect & Social Media Hiring
·Giving timely information to the Induction lead on pipeline and joining of the candidate and to ensure good candidate experience
·Detailed HR Interview & Salary Negotiation with candidates
·Owning the hiring experience of each candidate and look at enhancing them through various initiatives.
As a Technical Recruiter
Strategizing sourcing for the open positions to close them in less time and with high quality and low cost
·Guiding the sourcing support team in executing the sourcing strategy and ensuring predictable turnout and selects
·Taking max. support from the Sourcing Support Team to cater to all requirements in less time
·Working along with the Sourcing Lead & Sourcing Support team to gather market intelligence on all skills and business unit hiring trends
Sharing key sourcing analytics with the sourcing lead of the branch, hence contribute as asset to database
·Monitoring the team members from Sourcing Support and Operations Support reporting into him/her
·Collecting market info for the hiring skills for Sourcing Database
·Work in collaboration with the recruiters of same branch and other branches and facilitate them with relevant information (market intelligence) and help with sourcing
·Work together with the ISU TAG heads on fulfilment of open requirements.
