1.Follow up with different government entities and ministries including and not limited to MOCI, SAGIA, MOL and Passports authorities, MOH, MOJ, MOI, etc.
2.Preparation of SAGIA file submissions.
3.Drafting legal memorandums as instructed from time to time.
4.Must be flexible in travelling at short notice.
5.Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents).
6.Represent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.).
7.Represent clients in litigation and other legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and manage or advise clients on legal transactions.
8.meeting with clients and trying to understand the details of the legal issue, This may include reading corporate filings and consulting with other attorneys, After assessing the issue, typically research prior cases and look for established precedents.
9.Assist in the negotiation of contracts or acquisitions, the client's business and legal interests should always be at the forefront of your mind.
10.Ensure that your clients' business transactions are in compliance with the law, must research the law implicated by that transaction and advise your client of any negative effects it might create.
11.Proven background on corporate law.
12.Analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
