Reporting to the Executive General Manager - Kanoo Machinery Division; the successful candidate will have responsibility for delivering the division’s sales activities in KSA.This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional manager with a compensation & benefits package designed to attract only the very best candidates.
The division is active in a number of industry segments including construction equipment, material handling, engines/gen-sets as well as maintenance and industrial products. It represents leading global brands such as Grove-Manitowoc, Hyster, Perkins, HIAB, Snorkel, JLG to name but a few. Operation activities include sales, after-sales, rental and lease financing.
Responsibilities to include:
• Managing sales teams in KSA to deliver company targets;
• Works with EGM to develop and execute business plans and budgets that drive growth in profits and market share
• Developing effective sales managers and teams to enhance the overall performance of the division
• Engaging with new and existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities;
• Ensuring that excellent levels of After-sales Service Levels are achieved to maximize customer retention
• Builds high performing sales teams by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
