Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
• Attain monthly set targets as agreed with management
• Promptly attend all customer enquiries and proper follow-up
• Ensure test-drive vehicles are clean, tidy and in best running condition.
• Follow up all pending deals, referrals and leads according to Sales timeline
• Prepare quotations and costing sheets .
• Explain all warranties and services schedules to delivering customers
• Follow up with customer 1 week after delivery and remind about any feedback or problems.
• Prepare registration documents for delivery of new vehicles.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through personal follow up, courtesy and after sales follow up along with a pleasant disposition, good work ethics and moral and represent the company in a professional and courteous manner a all times.
• Liaise between the customer and the workshop as and when necessary and report any customer complains immediately to Sales Manager/ Supervisor or directly to the customer Relations Executive.
