The Head of Digital Marketing will be directly responsible for all marketing initiatives and programs to ensure a healthy growing pipeline of new customers in the most efficient manner.
The Head of Digital Marketing will:
- Be responsible for growing a healthy pipeline of new customers through channels like SEO, SEM, Display, Mobile, Re-targeting, Affiliates, Social Media, etc.
- Grow traffic and revenue through blogs, forums and content-based websites focused on baby/mom/parenting.
- Set strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic/sales and acquire new customers.
- Plan, review and implement/execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Continuously optimize the campaigns based on daily reports to ensure lowest acquisition costs and highest conversion rates.
- Have P&L responsibility of the department’s budget and forecasts.
- Manage the Content team to ensure high conversion rates and great user experience.
- Act as the Product Manager (manages the front-end website).
- Lead the Social Media activites & strategy.
- Set direction and a roadmap that leads to a coherent customer acquisition strategy.
- Set and align goals across functions (inputs, metrics, audits, process improvements, etc.).
- Work closely with the Merchandising team to create best-in-class content to achieve targets.
