- Lead end-to-end service delivery including
on-going operations, customer satisfaction & service quality.
- Work with clients & project team members to
define timeline, deliverables & milestones.
- Act as an advisor to clients and engage the

- Ensure all customers receive a high
quality professional service within agreed service level
- Proactively seek input from customers
to ensure delivery meets business needs, and propose changes to level of
services provided
- Develop and maintain ongoing
relationships with customers.
- Manage the set-up of
operations by being the single point of contact.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge
of Silah’s products.
- Verify all necessary
information & forms have been obtained from & delivered to client.
- Monitors and reports on
service delivery metrics and overall performance.
- Directing the processing and
fulfillment of orders.
- Present offsite presentations
to potential clients.
- Build rapport with governmental
organizations.
