Investigate the conflict with sober judgement and firm conviction to find the fact.
Maintain Confidentiality. Shall not divulge confidential information they acquire in the course of investigation.
Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient solutions to the conflict as per company policies
Always exercise the due process, without promoting an attitude that may recognize as intimidation or coercion or the like.
Shall listen sincerely to the explanation given by the parties concerned
Make presentations status, present monthly and annual reports to Investigation Manager
Proficient in handling the latest software tools and technologies
Other task assigned by the Manager
