Position Function:
Develop new products or modify existing ones and ensure their proper presentation and introduction to branches and customers
Manage shariah secretary responsibilities
Manage and organize all products contracts for corporate and retail business
Conduct training for newly hired sales agents
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate all related issues to shariah meetings
Prepare shariah meetings agenda after liaising with all related departments
Liaise between Amlak departments and shariah committees with regard to questionnaires to the shariah committee
Be responsible for all contracts updates and changes for both retail and corporate business
Define products terms, conditions, procedures and required system
Follow-up the development cycle of targeted products until their final testing
Coordinate during the development cycle with the concerned units
Finalize the development of new products or the modification of existing ones
Maintain proper documentation and filing
