- Assists/leads the negotiations of the annual supply agreements with the vendors as per the company guidelines.
- Responsible for the timely placement of purchase orders and delivery of materials to meet customer order requirements and maintain stock inventory levels within approved guidelines.
- Perform and manage all activities involved in the purchase of Food and non food commodities from Local/overseas sources as per the Company procedures and methods.
- Preparing R.F.Q’s and sending for external suppliers and confirm all R.F.Q Sent to destinations, to get prices and specification in order to prepare comparison based on prices, specifications, delivery and production schedule.
- Analyzes and follow-up with the vendors the product sourcing process and complete all the formalities.
- Reviewing Purchase orders and sending to vendors
- Prepare, maintain and update various records including outstanding purchase orders.
- Meets with the supplier to discuss the availability problems and come up with the right actions to overcome them.
