*Primary Role:
• To handle sales of all departments within the company
• Ensure the monthly sales and collection targets are achieved as per the company policy.
*Sales Role:
• To be proactive with locating and developing new business, remain result oriented and show initiative.
• Issuing proposal and introduction letters to prospects, ensure presentation is of the highest standards at all times to project a professional image to clients, Always ensure that hard copy of proposal is handed over to clients personally in addition to email or other channels.
• Update workflow on timely basis. Ensure that the workflow is updated with accurate information for quotations, invoices, agreements or Job orders etc.
• Ensure quotation and invoices are submitted on time
• Schedule client meetings to ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products to our existing accounts or new prospects, Increase sales volume and generate revenue
• To coordinate projects until their completion under the direction of your immediate superior.
• Coordinate with the Admin and Marketing Coordinator and update clients about project development.
• Coordinate and follow procedure to complete project on time, document & keep record of the entire project. Ensure proper of filing (Delivery notes, quotations, client approvals etc...)
• Ensure that all communications with clients are handled within the required time frame i.e before the deadline of the project. Prompt resolution of client queries and issues,
• Establish key relationships with corporate clients to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue
* Customer Service Role:
• Be polite and courteous, always be presentable to meet and greet customers as appropriate.
• Respond to inquiries (Calls, emails etc.) in timely manner,
• Maintain secrecy of client information or financial data,
• Being a brand ambassador of company show professional attitude when with the client, Remember that client is always right
