DokkanAfkar.com, a leading premier e-commerce business from Jeddah, is looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist (1 role).
The right candidate will be able to develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and highly engaging content with customers across all social media channels. In addition the role holder will be responsible to:
- Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc…)
- Creating content across all platforms to reach the right targeted audience
- Creating new product descriptions in both English and Arabic
- Liaising closely with other departments such as production, buying, operation and marketing to create the right content/descriptions/posts on DokkanAfkar products and services
- Sourcing images for social media platform, especially for Instagram to be used on a daily basis
- Identify key potential blogs, forums and key celebrities across social media to ensure DokkanAfkar is appropriately represented and to increase brand awareness
- Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximise results.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channel, design and strategy and make recommendations.
- Engaging with customers and monitoring their comments through all our social media channels
- New platforms can be added based on the trends in the region.
