In the role of Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with your Store Manager to focus on leading the team to deliver elevated and unique, luxury customer service. Your excellent knowledge of managing a diverse team will see you focus on ensuring the front and back of house run smoothly to deliver a seamless experience for the Burberry customer.
In the absence of your Store Manager you will own all activity in store and act as an inspirational leader, able to motivate a large team and develop your team. You will use your commercial abilities to monitor KPIs to guide the team and to drive your store’s profitability.
With the regular introduction of new products and services, both in store and online, a positive approach and willingness to learn and participate in regular trainings is required. Furthermore, as Digital is integral to our business it is essential that you are proficient and confident using the latest technology and products.
