- Holding a minimum Bachelors of Computer Science (B.S.) or equivalent degree.
- Being required to be certified as a Help Desk Analyst (HDA) and Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or higher.
- Having three (3) years hands-on experience working with Computer hardware/Software and its peripheral devices.
- Having one year (1) hands-on experience in a Help Desk or Customer Services related work environment.
- Having an excellent understanding of wide Area Network (WAN), local Area Network (LAN) architectures, network topologies and protocols (e.g. Token-Ring, e-net, TCP/IP, ATM, fast e-net), telecommunications, and databases.
- Having an excellent understanding of Computer Software, Operating Systems and hardware troubleshooting.
- Having an excellent knowledge of Microsoft (MS) operating system, MS Office Suite, Virus Detection, e mail, Internet browser.
- Having an excellent knowledge of Internet, Modem Configurations, ADSL Configuration, and User Account Management.
- Being able to support the user account management, Virtual Private Network (VPN), Digital Certificates, Announcements and any new IT services rollout.
- Having an excellent understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation.
- Having an excellent knowledge in developing procedures and workflows.
- Having an excellent problem-solving skills.
- Being able to learn and adapt to changing technologies.
- Demonstrating effective interpersonal and diversity skills in working with a broad range of customers, clients and staff; and accept other responsibilities as assigned.
- Being able to work flexible schedules and communicate accurately and effectively while delivering oral and written responses.
- Being able to organize work under stress and time constraints.
- Being fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic, sufficient to understand, create and evaluate procedures, design documents and presentations.
- Possessing the ability to comprehend WORK directions and safety regulations.
