The Director of Flight operations Center reports to the Flight Operations Officer and is responsible for directing all aspects of the Flight Operations Center department. Is responsible for creating and setting up a Flight Operations Center system that assures the safest and highest level of service for the Owners and Charter Clients.
1. Directs Programs for the Training and
development of employees in the department.
2. Directs the development, administration
and monitoring the personnel administrative requirements in all aspects.
3. Reviews and evaluates departmental
goals, programs and procedures for cost and mission effectiveness.
4. Understands the needs of our owner
base and the nature of their business.
5. Proactively works in cojunction with
all other departments within Arabasco to provide the best, most efficient, resolutions to all types of issues and prolems.
6. Approve & dis-approve supplies that related to aircraft operations.
7. Develop additional produts and revenue
lines within the aviation sector.
8. Providing research and accurate
information at all times to insure the best customer service to our clients.
9. Ensure that best utilization of clinet’s aircraft, crew, etc…
10. Performs other related assigned by the
Flight Operations Officer.
11. Provides leadership, direction and motivation to subordinate staff.
12. Manages and evaluates programs, functions and systems related to area of responsibility.
13. Prepairs and monitors the budget for the department.
14. Understands the roles of all other members of Flight Operations Center department, and how they interact with each other
15. Directs and monitors the interactions process of owners/customers by phone, fax, or in person to carry out flight bookings, changing/updating existing flights, canceling segments or entire flights, completing research for future flights or special requests.
