The job holder is responsible to provide the coordination, support, and reporting to the direct manager and emphasizing on the role of supporting quality assurance work within the Department; through providing needed Auditing to guarantee the quality for:
- Projects Sites (Materials approval / shop drawings approval / cycles).
- Technical office (Applying the standards / process).
Development
Perform process analysis improvement Trouble Shooting for Procedures for departments; examine system requirements and gaps against international or standard quality systems.
Initiate, update, circulate, control, authorize and keep controlled copies of quality manuals or quality systems to ensure quality objectives.
Evaluate Quality Control forms, methodologies, and other issues, and redesign processing in accordance with system integrity; information and material flow, getting the aim of inspection and reporting (Eliminate just to write activities; exclude tracking and or identification records).
Develop and conduct robust procedures for quality assurance;
Develop standard quality control procedures to be performed by the contractors.
Quality Assurance
Ensure that designer/contractors comply with works’ specifications.
Review of the Bill of Quantities and the contract documents for each section of the construction task.
Audit of the designer/contractors in the implementation of the work.
Control
On Site, perform Document Controlling and Quality Awareness Sessions, Training for all Employees, and Organize and carry out Management Meeting Reviews, to ensure adequacy of processes implemented and redirect attention to major quality problems and customer complaints, if any.
Follow up quality problem until eliminating such problems by getting Root Cause and fulfilment of corrective actions as suggested by technical parties.
Report and record about quality gaps, quality findings, and areas for improvement in the internal audit summary.
Conduct Quality Control Audits, as stated in the Approved Organization Structure, by ensuring accomplishment of the daily, per process activities and records.
