The role holder will be responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end business performance of the Concept in the country. The role holder will also be responsible for identification, evaluation and due diligence of new business opportunities to support the concept expansion plans.
• Fully accountable for the P&L delivery and manage concept’s growth (increased market share), market and property strategy
• In collaboration with/in line with Concept HQ:
- Develop country retail strategy and ensure implementation of the same
- Maintain optimum stock levels and drive business performance parameters
- Leverage customer insights, drive customer loyalty
- Implement brand strategy and optimize marketing spend
- Manage local supply chain to achieve optimum stock levels and markdowns
- Responsible for managing multi support function outcome
• Accountable for finalization of annual business plan, sales and operating budgets and monitoring implementation
• Manage project CAPEX control and new stores launch
• Benchmark and establish operational best practices and ensure consistency in implementation
• Monitor and analyze findings from competitors and market intelligence data and outperform competition
• Responsible for managing the teams’ development, training and performance through performance management & coaching to ensure succession
• pipeline is built at all levels in the concept structure
