Law Jobs in Saudi Arabia
Assist legal team in preparing for trials, hearings, closings and give advice. A large part of this consists of conducting legal research and gathering relevant information to the case. This includes researching the facts of the case as well as identifying the appropriate laws, judicial decisions, and legal articles relevant to the case. The paralegal gathers and analyzes information, then prepares a written report that the team uses to determine how the case should be handled. Often, paralegals also are involved in preparing presentations and document management.
مساعدة الفريق القانوني في التحضير للمحاكمات والجلسات و تقديم المشورة . بالاضافة الى إجراء البحوث القانونية وجمع معلومات القضائية . ويشمل هذا البحث في وقائع القضية وكذلك تحديد القوانين المناسبة والقرارات القضائية، والمواد القانونية ذات الصلة بالقضية.
كما ان الوظيفة تتطلب جمع وتحليل المعلومات، ثم إعداد تقرير مكتوب وإدارة المستندات القانونية .
