Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
1. Supervise a team of operatives to ensure that they carry out their
work effectively and safely.
2. Monitor the volume and quality of output to ensure that these are
to the standards required.
3. Monitor production equipment and adjust settings as necessary
to ensure that the volume and quality of output are maintained
to the required standard.
4. Receive and store raw materials to ensure that there are sufficient
stocks to meet production requirements.
5. Monitor manning levels on production equipment and make
changes as necessary in the event of staff absence.
6. Address and resolve any technical issues arising in the production
process.
7. Train operators in the production process to ensure that they work
efficiently and safely.
8. Monitor the working environment to ensure that company safety
policies and health and safety regulations are complied with and
to provide a safe and healthy working environment.
9. Maintain all necessary production records.
