Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
As a Service Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Developing and maintaining new business and customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer issues.
2. Selling service agreements solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for all Local Business Units.
3. Ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals, through effective product and solution presentations.
4. Communicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy for the assigned service solution.
5. Registering customer satisfaction issues in database and coordinate responses with appropriate team members.
6. Identifying and implementing strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.
7. Liaising with company management to support and implement growth strategies.
8. Ensuring that contracts are executed correctly and that deliveries (products, goods and/or services) are on time at the agreed cost, with the assistance of administrative sales support.
9. Supporting sales team in preparing sales plans using company tools (i.e. Presales & Sales Forecasts).
10. Organizing and coordinating post-sales marketing activities in collaboration with other service organizations in order to optimize and maximize services sold.
