NKY Architecture and Engineering is looking for Contracts Manager for Consultancy of Buildings Construction Projects (KAP-2) at Saudi Arabia. Project mainly includes governmental buildings and large-scale campuses.
Job site is NKY Head Office in Riyadh. Work duration is 3 years. Contracts Manager makes his report to Project Control Manager and Project Director. His major duties are controlling the Implementation of contractors and consultant contracts. Contracts Manager also will be responsible for preparing, reviewing and administering contracts during the various stages of the construction process, and he has to analyze and understand commercial conditions in all contracts and to respond to contractors correspondences, together with the ability to understand and interpret key elements for Saudi Government Regulations of Tenders and Procurement Law, with the ability to apply and comply with statutory legislation and regulations.
