Responsibilities:
- To develop, monitor, organize and control all related activities which are designed to ensure useful using of all factory resources with high efficiency and satisfaction of expectation .
- To insure fulfillment of materials and products to requirements and quality specifications to achieve the customer satisfaction.
- To supervise and monitor the implementation of the designed procedures and making sure that all declared objectives are met .
- To prepare financial studies for factory operations.
- To ensure that overall factory goals are achieved.
- To perform all design activities in accordance with other staff.
Job Description
1. Policies and objectives
• Participating with the other senior management for stating company policies, and company objectives
• To ensure that all available resources are fully used as planned
• To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the policy laid down and that objectives are met
2. Organize and control all related activities to production
• Supervise and ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the designed procedure.
• Organize the work activities and ensure that they are meeting the requirements.
• Review, suggest and develop any required activity to ensure continuous improvement in quality and quantity .
• Review, decide and resolve any problem that could affect the productivity and the declared objectives
• Report factory operation performance to the General Manager
• Report to the General Manager all requirement needed to achieve the targets ( Staff, machines )
• Ensure materials purchased and products produced are compliant with requirements.
• Provide the General Manager with sets of recommendations an issue such as buy Vs. repair after consulting with other members of senior management to help him making the decision.
3. Preparation of financial Studies
• Prepare financial budgets for the factory’s operation.
• Review cost of materials in order to coordinate with the Executive Director an issue such as pricing.
• Continuous review and study with other senior management to minimize material production costs
4. Perform all design activities
• Perform all required design drawing and any other activities as per relative procedure.
5. Other
• Represent the company with other related senior Management at conferences and official occasions according to the General Manager instruction.
• Report to the General Management the over all direction and operation of the factory.
