Responsibilities:
- Active participation in brainstorms and other idea-generating sessions.
- Helps establish look and feel of concepts.
- Understands role of creative brief, how work should flow from it.
- Manages the creation and maintenance of style guides/online design libraries to accompany final deliverables.
- Actively participates in team meetings to discuss assignment parameters.
- Help other designers in news skills.
- Contributes to the development of the creative team’s culture.
