Key Accountabilities:
•Provides supervision and guidance to the PMO Delivery Management staff.
•Prepares job descriptions, identifies staffing needs, provides general direction, assigns specific tasks and responsibilities, evaluates and mentors staff.
•Facilitating the successful delivery of critical projects within Tadawul Portfolio, through the provision of expert project management guidance, support and assurance to Executive decision makers and senior stakeholders
•Coordinate, oversee and/or undertake impartial project reviews and health-checks to ensure the overall ‘delivery safety’ of projects, addressing actions and requirements arising from these reviews.
•Ensure the quality of projects deliverables/outcomes per phase (gate review).
•Identifying key project stakeholders and agreeing with them an appropriate support and assurance regime based on project complexity.
•Securing the buy-in of key stakeholders across Tadawul for the development of the PMO plan and approach
•provide guidance and leadership to the wider project management community.
•Coordinate the corporate activities within projects (alignment), ex: (UAT, penetration testing, regulation, transition …etc)
•Part of all projects committee.
•Responsible for “recovery plan” for trouble projects.
•Anticipate and pro-actively resolve key risks to delivery and benefits realization.
•Projects post implementation review (balance between business environment & projects environment)
