- To manage the time-lined Marcoms Design schedule, supervising the departments’ Graphic Design Team, reporting status and progress to the Concept & Graphic Design Manager, ensuring all requisitions for all channels are prioritized and delivered within the brief framework and deadlines.
- To ensure all deliverables accurately represent and portray the Exa brand, effectively communicating brand identity, valued and principles through a highly creative approach to layout, composition, pagination and styling, for both printed and digital media
- To adhere to the Exa strategy set by the EBM, coordinating all elements of campaign specifics: wall, floor and decor coordination, color, surface and finish requirements.
