My client, a reputable government entity (central bank), is looking to hire Strategy Consultant to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Job Title: Strategy Consultant

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for 3 roles under Strategy Division with each role having their own specific areas of focus and expertise as given below:
Role 1:
Supervisory experience across banking, insurance and finance. In particular from control and regulation (Policies, Licensing, Supervising and Enforcement) perspective.
10+ years' experience and ideally should have worked in Central banks, Regulators, Financial Services Authorities or Consulting firm.
Role 2:
An expert in Investment and Banking operations with solid experience in Payment systems, Government banking operations and Currency.
10+ years' experience and ideally should have worked in Central banks, Regulators, Financial Services Authorities or Consulting firm
Role 3:
Strategy consultant with experience in Strategy development, Corporate performance, and Corporate planning within Central banks / Regulators
10+ years' experience and ideally should have worked in Commercial banks, Central banks, Regulators, Financial Services Authorities or Consulting firm

Below is the detailed description of the roles:
Job purpose:
To design, formulate, communicate and review central bank's strategy in collaboration with the
Management, translate strategy into executable strategic planning elements and advise on current and expected risks hindering implementation and recommend solutions
Job Description
Mainly responsible of:
Strategy Development
Examine central bank's resources, liabilities, capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses
Analyze current business performance
Conduct a scan of macro and micro trends in environment and industry
Examine current operating environment to define opportunities that the entity should pursue future scenarios are likely to happen in the industry
Coordinate and align various departments' input for corporate development
Conduct strategic workshops, and formulate corporate goals align corporate and deputyship strategy and Conduct strategic workshops
Develop, define and manage entity's vision,mission and organizational goals
Develop strategic framework and define long-term strategic objectives
Strategy Planning
Translate long-term strategy into yearly strategic planning elements
Define corporate, cross-deputyship and wide KPIs and targets across entities and programs
Initiate an annual strategic review and planning
Coordinate and align various departments' input for corporate planning
Conduct strategic workshops, and formulate corporate and business unit goals
Define and align corporate, deputyship plans with across deputies, programs and initiatives for execution
Define and align interdependencies and synergies across entities and programs
Develop consolidated yearly corporate plan in conjunction with business units
Strategy Execution & Evaluation
Initiative Review and Progress Monitoring
Monitor and report on KPIs and initiative progress, and highlight dependencies and interdependencies
Ensure accountabilities, responsibilities and implementation processes are clear
Ensure transparency and consistency of information
Ensure linkage between ent
